In Their Own Words…

“Recently I had the good fortune of dealing with a person in your organization who supported me in my case for applying for disability.  The professional nature in which this individual supported my needs and responded to my questions was at a minimum, superlative.  This person assuaged my fears with explanatory information.  I can’t say enough about how well I was treated.  I have been a supervisor of people for most of my working career and I was treated and managed so well, I gained more and more confidence in Mr. Galvez every time we spoke. I would like to congratulate Mr. Galvez  for a fine job!” – Rocky 1/10/12

“I just received my award letter from social security, and I would like to thank Carolyn H. and Jennifer H. for all the help and support I have received. After my second denial I was about to throw in the towel but Carolyn told me to be patient and being patient has sure paid off. I will surely recommend Freedom Disability to anyone who needs a hand with filing for their disability. I sincerely thank you both. Happy Holiday’s.” – Bernadette 12/2011

“Subject: Sincere Thanks to You and Your Organization………..Dear Gregory: I am writing this to thank you personally for your Company’s support in filing for my daughter Lisa’s Social Security Disability Claim. Throughout the entire six-month of filing for Lisa’s Disability we grew to depend on Freedom Disability. In fact, we couldn’t have succeeded without the generous support of your organizational and administrative assistance. Your dedication to our situation was particularly impressive, you were very knowledgeable about my daughter Lisa’s illness (MS) and conveyed that when you had to school the Social Security Medical Determination Board about MS, going above and beyond what we could have expected of someone helping one individual while continuing to help your other (hundreds of) clients with such skill. I would also ask you to convey my sincere thanks to Kristen and her Supervisor Cathy. Please tell them that the sum of their contributions also contributed in the success of our filing this Social Security Disability Claim. Again, thank you and know that I will not hesitate to refer your organization to other disability claimants…..Yours sincerely,” – Yvonne 10/11/2011

“Subject: Excellent Employee…..Dear Cathy, I am writing this note to praise the efforts of your employee, Berline. I was pleasantly surprised when I was approved on my first attempt to get Social Security Disability benefits. I credit Berline with my success in this endeavor. I feel that she went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I received benefits. Berline was genuinely caring and friendly. She stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of what to expect in all aspects of the process. When I had questions she always got back to me in a timely fashion and was persistent in reaching me if she got my voicemail instead of me directly. I would highly recommend Freedom Disability to anyone who is about to file for benefits. Thank you so much for all you have done, and especially thank you to Berline. Sincerely in God’s love, Vicki” – Vicki 09/28/2011

“I needed to take this time to let you know of my sincere gratefulness for the outstanding job that Beth did for me. She represented her company to the fullest. She was very comforting. I am sure that she treats all her clients like this and not just me. I hope that I can refer her many clients. Thanks.” – Bob 09/22/2011

“Dear Susan, My name is Robert and my health has made me miserable for 7-8 years and got bad enough I quit working in 06, I called lawyers and nobody would take my case SS because of lack of manpower and resources so no lawyer would take it and go with the records without the actual testimony or forms. Freedom took my case, and from day 1 Amy was very very helful as well as available, and huge help to get the file ready for Suja. Suja came into my town and had 3 back to back to back hearings and she was very well informed and ready to roll with my case and I just called ODAR to check status, and they said case closed on 24th August. So letter any day. I said can u tell me results? She said I cant go into specifics, but is favorable!!! So your crew not only took a case noone else wanted but won it!! I can’t describe to you how much relief for me and my mom who has tried to supports me for 5 years!!! I even went on my Facebook page and told them if anyone needed good firm to fight for their disability they should contact freedom. I just wanted you to know I so appreciate the efforts of Amy and Suja more then you all kwill ever know!” – Robert 8/26/11

“Good Afternoon, I am writing this e-mail in reference to one of your employees Ms. Kristie, whom has done a wonderful job going above and beyond the call of duty. She has followed through, and I have received my SS Disability from the time of starting the application process till it was finalized in just 8 weeks till I had my first check. She has always returned every one of my phone calls in a very timely manner. My hat is off to her for doing a great job, and if you folks at Freedom Disability have an employee of the month or employee of the year she deserves the award! Many Thanks to her, and all who have helped to work to get this thing started and finished in such a timely manner. Again a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Kristie whom has done a GREAT JOB! She is truly a professional! Sincerely, and GOD Bless” – Donnie 08/22/11

“Hello Miguel, Thank you so much for working with me and helping me get my benefits, I truly appreciate it. Now we will be able to buy food, heating oil and all of the other essential things that we could not afford. I would recommend you and your firm highly to anyone in need of help with SSI, thank you so much.” – Sheree  08/09/11

[Hand written in the letter below] “Dearest Katherine, I would like to acknowledge and express my extreme gratitude to Lazaraly for her expertise towards my case.  She was always available and was never without a response to any and all my questions and concerns.  She kept me updated regarding all my questions from beginning to end.  Even if I had not been approved, this letter would have still been written.  She is definitely an asset to your team and should be acknowledged and any accolades that are available to her should in my opinion be given without delay.  Please give her a copy of this small but sincere appreciation letter.  I know as a previous auditor that it is far and between [better] to receive a thank you from anyone.  Thank you all for your care and handling of my case.  I deeply appreciate it form the bottom of my heart. Bless you one and all!” – Linda 7/27/11Customer Testimonial July 2011

“Subject:Any questions?…….Melissa, Thank You for the outstanding job on my case!!!!!! This has been way to easy compared to other situations I’ve been in. The communication and information was always a step ahead of any question I may of had. From my point of view, you are a very rare asset to  Freedom Disability.  Your attention to detail and your ability to translate this information so that even I could understand it was very exceptional.   Thanks again. Ron and Paula” – 06/2011

“Subject:my case……..Miguel, Thanks again for everything. You made the process so much easier for me. It was headache free. Sincerely, Melissa.” - 05/2011

“Hi Maria.  I received my 2nd decline notice from SSD.  I will wait until next year and apply for my regular social security.  That won’t be a problem.  I can make it until then.  Maria.  I really appreciate your expertise in helping me through this process.  I understand that I should have continued to work and let the doctors on my job begin the process with me.  You live and learn.  I am getting excellent care from a team of doctors, that is what really counts….Thanks again.  I am very appreciative of all your work. Good Luck in all your endeavors to help others. – Joanne” - 05/2011 .

“Subject: Jeffery and Michael………I really hope I spelled their names correctly. Between these two men I am about to receive my determination from the social security administration and from what was said at the hearing, I will win my case and all the back pay from the last two years.  These men have stayed in contact with me, listened to me cry, supported, guided and actually cared about me, not just my case. I never once felt as if I was just another case to them, I always felt as though I was their ONLY case.  I would recommend FD to anyone with disability needs with the social security administration. Even though they get a VERY small portion of my back pay, I wish it could be more, they are worth so much more with the time and energy the put forth.  I am forever indebted to these two great, supportive, understanding, caring, kind men.  Sincerely, Kristy ………….P.S: I will forever say wonderful things about them and this company. I will forever keep them and anyone who uses their services in my prayers. Thank you just doesn’t seem sufficient for what they did for my life.” – Kristy 3/2011

I received notification from Social Security denying my recondsideration appeal because they sent me to their doctor. She only took about ten minutes to give me a medical physical exam. This doctor didn’t know anything about my medical condition, only what SS had sent her. I got this letter on a Saturday and I thought I had no one to talk to because my lawyer wasn’t available by phone, nor by e-mail and I knew my Doctor wasn’t available (He had someone else on call for him) and I was beginning to give up, go committ myselt in a psych ward because I was tired of this. I have no finances at all, nothing and people mistreat you when you have nothing. But I started praying and God told me that it’s not over, He has the last say and His will be done. I felt such a relief because I was at the point of suicide until I started praying and God spoke to me. So I’m not giving up and I would advise no one in this situation to give up, especially knowing you can’t work but you have worked the majority of you life and payed for your SS. And I know Jennifer is working hard for me at Freedom Disability.

I had been fighting for 6 years to get my husband s.s. i was so up set, i just wasn’t getting any where with then. Then one night while watching t.v. i saw this ad for freedom disability. I took down the number, but thought it was just going to be a waste of time. Then as the week went by every time i turned on the t.v. i saw that ad , i took it as a sign to call. i am so glad i did they helped me like no one else. My husband got his s.s. then just last week i got a phone call from greg telling us that he should also be getting s.s.d.i.. i was so happy to hear that. i know if i would of went through a lawyer they would never called to tell me he could get s.s.d.i. I am s thankful for freedom disability, i tell every one going through the same thing i did to call freedom disability

I want to begin by stating that nearly a year ago I was desperately searching for a qualified attorney to assist myself with my Social Security Disability claim. I was blessed to have found Nicole Franco with Freedom Disability. I found her characteristics to include, but not limited to, kindness of heart, respectfulness, responsible, patient, intelligent, understanding, but mostly, her diligent efforts to always make me feel as if I were her first priority.
I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is in need of a professional attorney with the technical knowledge required for Social Security Disability claims. Nicole Franco, I thank you from the bottom of my heart… I could not have done it without all your help!!!!!!!!!

I have just called Freedom Disability to get started on my claim. I’m asking anyone who has called or applied for disability through FD, to give me some feedback on what I can look forward to. I am a skeptic when it comes to calling places advertised on t.v. to help with very important things like this! So any feedback would be appreciated!

Wayne. I have had a wonderful experience with Freedom Disability. They always kept me updated on my case and were always so helpful. I have had friends that had such horrible experiences trying to get benefits. One of my friends actually died from her cancer before her disability was approved. Thank God that Freedom Disability helped me to win my case. Hope that you decide to go with this company because they work wonders with the system.

I apply for Social Security Disability in October 11 2011 and on March 2 2012 was deny benefit . After working two jobs for most of my life and family history of diabetes and most of family members who died from complication of diabetes. When it seem hopeless I contacted FD and I feel I hope again.

  • William Linnert, March 14, 2012 at 9:37 am

I had left a message here yesterday but today it has disappeared?!?
Last week I had my “phone interview” with Maria Navajos and it was determined based upon my answers that I had earned too much in 2011 to qualify for ssdi. Looking at my 1040, If I were to deduct the $6455.00 my wife received from unemployment, my taxable income for 2011 would be $10,448.00. Does this put me back in the game regarding qualifying for ssdi? Please get back to me. Thank You, Bill

  • William Linnert, March 14, 2012 at 9:39 am

I will leave your “page” up on my computer and await a response. Thanks, Bill

    • Ashley, March 14, 2012 at 4:59 pm

      Hi William,

To get SSDI benefits, you can’t be engaging in Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA), which means you can’t be making more than a certain amount of money set by SSA. Right now, that amount is $1,000 per month. SSA looks at whether you’re working now, or if you worked at any time from when you became disabled to the present. According to your conversation with Maria, it looks like you are earning above that $1,000 a month now.

  • William Linnert, March 14, 2012 at 7:48 pm

Thanks Ashley, I guess I just don’t understand the system. I “earn” the same amount now (or somewhat less) than last year. Per my above numbers that would put me earning $875.00 per month which is under the threshold.
I am also 40% disabled via the veterams administration.

    • Ashley, March 15, 2012 at 9:19 am

      Hi William,

Because I don’t know the exact details of your conversation with Maria, I might suggest speaking with one of our Eligibility Consultants again and they’ll be able to clear up any confusion. We also assist veterans would would like to appeal their VA Disability cliam for a higher rating. If this is something you would be interested in, let the Eligibility Consultants know and we can get you set up to speak with one of our accredited VA Disability agents. The number again is 866-761-5942, I hope we can help.
