Top-Notch Disability Advocacy Services Sets Us Apart
I am extremely pleased that the non-attorney disability representation bill (H.R. 4532) is now law. It means that people are not limited to using an attorney or lawyer if they want to win disability benefits. They have choices. An experienced non-attorney professional who is completely focused on disability representation can handle people’s cases from the very beginning of the application process. In fact, that may be the key difference between choosing a non-attorney disability advocate over an attorney in getting disability help.
It’s not uncommon for an attorney to pass on a disability case unless the case has gone through two denials and has reached the hearing level of the appeals process. This third time is considered the best chance for an attorney to win benefits for their clients. But why hold people off when they need help right away?
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is getting slammed with disability cases – over 3 million are expected this year. The large majority of these are denied, often times because the applicant simply didn’t put together the best application possible. Disability applications should be accurate and complete right from the start. There are too many struggling people out there who need quality representation from the beginning of the process who simply can’t get it. At Freedom Disability we’re changing that.
Our focus is to grow our advocacy services in the most efficient ways possible so that we can help more Americans get the disability benefits they have earned and need.
What sets us apart?
First, we hire from the best talent pool possible. We hire former healthcare and social service professionals with years of experience helping people who are battling with challenging health conditions. And we have remote workforce capabilities so that we can select these highly professional disability advocates from anywhere in the country.
Secondly, we have developed a rigorous accreditation training process so that our Advocates meet the stringent professional skills and experience criteria set by SSA.
Thirdly, we have developed state-of-the-art operating technology for developing high-quality claims, which, I think, is a very unique advantage over firms that do not exclusively focus on disability issues.
Our top-notch advocacy services are helping thousands of good people every month file and win disability benefits. I’m very proud that I can say that.

Hi, I’m in my early 50s and cannot work. I have been diagnosed
with Epstein Bars Syndrome about 11 years ago and when I try to
work I end up sick and in the hospital. I also have chronic pain
syndrome, bleeding ulcers, seizures from when I was almost bashed
and blundgeoned to death in Columbus Ohio and I have insomnia also,
left herniated testicle, poisoned testicle and I have no testosterone
and I used to be very atheletic, my muscles are dissolving and there is
very little muscle mass, I have lower back problems because my back muscles
are wasting away, I am also paranoid from when I was jumped and almost
beaten to death in Columbus Ohio a few years ago.
Also, I’m not Army-Mean-One and that is a huge disability in
Los Angeles County. My fake mother’s maiden name was Hell(en)
Bitch-Arian(Besharian)__and she beat and raped me when I was
a child. I have a PhD in science and I used to work at NASA.
I have no income and need SSDI or SSI or both if possible.
I appplied but was denied in July of this year and I appealed online. I need documentation from the medical profession for the SSDI application.
All my medical documents were discarded when I moved to LA from Orlando.
Please help me.
